Virgin 20meg upgrade it's a joke

Just noticed Devon/Exeter area has been upgraded at last.

Downloading at 2.25 mb/s

I phoned up a while back about what seemed like crap capped downloads, we finally worked out it was because I was still using the usb conection

Changed to ethernet and speed doubled right away

You sure some of you are not needing a modem change,i upgraded a month ago & was'nt getting the 20MB,had a look around the VM site(can't find the link now) It stated the my motorola sb4100(was 5 years old) needed changing to get full speed.
