Anyway, from the website it just looks like a voucher to book a B&B from a selected list?

Like you say without a list of locations it's impossible to work out value. They probably also have limited slots available so you may find it impossible to book when/where you want.
 
Seems insane that someone would buy one of these without knowing which hotels are included. Also the wording on the site seems to indicate there is a list! But obviously been taken down. (Maybe it changed too much)

It seems like it's just a night or two at a hotel and nothing else, if that's the case then why not just book 1 or 2 nights at a hotel of your choosing from somewhere like lastminute.com or hotels.com?
