Just spotted the following update regarding the SuperHub 3 latency issues.
It seems Arris have started releasing an updated firmware in America that looks to mostly rectify the ongoing latency issues. How long until Virgin Media start dishing it out is anybodies guess.The following issues were resolved in release 9.1.93V:
