FWIW I’ve just had VM go live in my area and a card dropped through my door with a real persons name and email address on should I have any pre order problems. I’ve prodded the question about poor performing SH3’s asking if there is any known fix or replacement yet. Not holding my breath but it will be interesting to hear what a sales person says.

This is likely to be the Superhub 4 http://www.arris.com/products/touchstone-tg3442-cable-voice-gateway/

Looked it up and it appears to be yet another Puma chipset.

If the Puma range still have the same problem, then this is going to be faster but still flaky.

The new one doesn't seem to be shipping yet. I've just received the Hub 3.0.
