I don't want any signals broadcasting publicly from my router.

I've turned off discovery for 2G and 5G, but there is still a network being broadcast called 'Virgin Media'

I can't figure out how to disable or hide it, any ideas?

It's an enterprise network that asks for a username and password when I try and join it.

Was going to say it was guess network but that is not it.
They have something called Virgin Media WiFi which is in their words "Virgin Media WiFi is our out-of-home WiFi service, connecting our customers to speedy WiFi when they're out and about."
Basically it uses other peoples Wifi to create WiFi hotspots. To opt out login to the Virgin media website and got to your profile and tick the opt out button ( Opt out of Virgin Media WiFi. Your Hub will no longer be part of the WiFi hotspot network, but you'll still be able to access Virgin Media WiFi hotspots whilst on the move. Please note that it may take up to four days for the opt out to come into effect.)

You beat me to it :)
