I've had two faults recently where the internet for no reason at all cuts out completely and no devices can connect, rebooting it doesn't help at all.
A quick call to Virgin Media, they say they're investigating the fault and both times approximately 4 hours to fix. I say goodbye, hang up the phone and hey, the internet is instantly back the exact same second.
I've not experienced this before with other providers, are they that efficient, or have they turned off my internet both times and then pressed the on button because, well, they can?
