Virgin tv - loss of service?

Has anyone else lost their Tv service provided by Virgin?, apparently it's affecting some customers nationwide and i'm one of them

, Can't even watch any recorded stuff on V+

Some of my channels are missing mate I was half through watching a film on 444 when it went black. I rebooted a few times but gave up. I have only got around 15-20 Channels now.

Yeah my box froze then I lost loads of channels. Rebooted 5 minutes ago and they are all back.

half of ex-ntl is down (langley network)

ntl bromley and telewest are fine

Lost all of them briefly, some of them are back atm.

Customers in Northern Ireland, Glasgow, Surrey, Huddersfield, Luton, Milton Keynes, Wales, Nottingham, Teesside, Coventry, Oxford and Cambridge may currently be experiencing a loss of their digital TV. Our engineers are now investigating this issue.
