I think I saw a shot of this guy in the paper, he was being arrested by an officer in the picture.

That must have been the guy shown on the short clip on the news. Did he get away after his first arrest then, or did they let him go.

Not the shooter. THat person was later released.

The shooter shot himself in the head amongst his victims

Oh right, I thought the guy arrested in the picture was the dude. Couldn't figure out how he then killed himself but that explains it then. The guy in the picture was korean/asian looking too.
