Hello,
I've got virtual lab setup with a few windows servers and clients.
I'm running in host only mode in VMware workstation.
My home router is 192.168.0.1 and my physical desktop running VMware is 192.168.0.11 (DHCP) the subnet is 255.255.255.0
Running in host only mode the VM's get IP address in the 192.168.111.0 range. My VM 2012 server for example had a static address of 192.168.111.20 with subnet of 255.255.255.0
I would appear my physical clients on the 192.168.0.0 address range can see and ping my VM's on the 192.168.111.0 range.
Is it possible to configure VMware so the VM's are completely unreachable from my physical devices on my home network ?
Thanks Ben
