Vista 64 driver for logitech MX510 mouse?

Hi

Any decent drivers out there for this mouse. I've been trying to get hold of the setpoint 2.47 driver but you need to either register with a site or get sent to a blank page!!!

A bit annoying Logitech dont carry on the support.

They may not list a Windows Vista download for it but the Vista versions of setpoint still support it. Get it from here - http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/428/187&cl=gb,en .

I've had the same problem with the same mouse since instlalling vista64 at the weekend, I've only been playing WoW but the mouse speed just isnt fast enough for me let alone with any other game. I've tried various versions of setpoint with no luck. I'll give that link ago later. Other than that I can see me buying a new mouse...

i would have thought setpoint 4.40 should work with it

Won't install or won't download? If the latter - http://www.filehippo.com/download_logitech_setpoint as I just tried to download and nothing happened.

Hmmm website says use native vista drivers...

Not sure why the MX 518 drivers won't install, make sure you get the vista ones, what did it say? error messgae?

Defo downloaded the Vista drivers. It starts to install and then says 'Sorry, this software is not compatible with your operating system'

Sure you have the correct ones? 32bit or 64bit depending on which version of Vista you use.

Ah, big Doh on my part, i'm running 64bit. They way they have set the download option is a bit misleading. Choose OS - Windows Vista - Select file - Setpoint 64-bit.
