Problem description: Ive had this pc for around 2 years and its worked relativly fine with Vista 64bit.
Recently ive reinstalled Vista for a clean slate but now have a problem. Right before Windows starts up i get BSOD. I think ive narrowed it down to my Memory.
I used to gace 2x 2GB Dual channel (SLI Ready?) Memory installed and worked perfectly before. Now when i have 2 sticks installed i always get a blue screen. I can only have 1 stick installed (Tested both sticks on their own and they both work)
Attempted fixes: Ive tried putting them in different slots.
Start up in safe mode.
Downloaded all of Windows updates.
Im currently Updating my Graphics and motherboard drivers
When i disconnected 2 of my fans and started up it booted up perfectly in to Windows. But when i re-started i got the BSOD again. Im guessing it maybe a power problem?
