Vista - no IE explorer??

Just installed it on my A64 setup and everytime I try and open up IE 7 it comes up with a box saying it failed to start and do I want to shut down programme or let MS help - I click the MS help and nothing happens?

Any ideas what to do?

You could try a Vista repair, boot from the Vista disk.
