Vista Soundcard

Hi Guys,

I need a soundcard for a Vista x64 box. I've been looking at the Creatives but a little put off my storys of poor Vista drivers! It will be a feeding a 2.1 speaker setup (AE Aego M's) so don't need any of the surround stuff, just reliable and high quality.

Alternatively, I could stick with onboard sound (Abit IP35 - 7.1 CH HD Audio) - would I gain much by going for a dedicated card? I don't want to waste the nice speakers!

works great could not ask for more and I use vista x64 and have no problems. Creative only had problems with some of its older drivers and vista but these new one that came out in November have fixed all the problems there was.
