Vista Ugrade to Win7 Upgrade

Just ordered W7 Upgrade to replace a Vista upgrade installation, and have had the terrible thought that it will only upgrade from the full retail version of Vista. Is this so?

A quick answer would be appreciated as I may need to cancel before it ships.

Edit: I think it may be the OEM version of Vista. Will this upgrade to Win 7 upgrade.

From what I have been told the OEM to full version upgrade works fine, though I haven't tried it myself.

Thanks for those. They're a bit late though, I've canceled the upgrade and bought the OEM version. Oh well.
