how many of you use vista beta as your operating system , and will you just use rc1 when released? i deffo will , i have beta2 but is was to slow for my liking so i am ack to xp64 atm, but as soon as rc1 is released i think i will change back , is it a lot faster in later versions from beta 2?

i've been using the pre-rc1 build and that's come on leaps and bounds from beta2. certaintly usable as an everyday os - at least for me anyway. but that's because my hardware is all covered driver wise. (old school intel 875 chipset with onboard lan, ati gfx and audigy2 sound) 
the main problems are 3rd party driver support. nvidia gfx card users are having lots of problems at the moment - especially if you want to game. but i'm sure with the rc1 release imminent, a new round of drivers will be made available soon.
