Vista x64 = strange start-up message

Hi all,

I get a message whenever I start up my pc asking me if I'd like to start up Vista or a previous version of windows, but I formatted by OS drive during the install, so there should be nothing on there - Any ideas how I can stop this message?

I don't know what the incorrect entry is.....Also, this took a turn for the worst this morning. My Pc crashed then refised to boot using the Vista x64 dvd! Turned it off, then came back this afternoon and it seems ok again...Is there a programme that will sort this all out for me without me having to manually edit the code?
