vodka redbull

Well, i got in at 4 from a pretty good nights clubbing in basildon, after about 10 vodka redbulls... and now i cant sleep... ive been laid in bed wide awake since 4 and ive given up and come on the pc, basically this thread is just to declare my hatred for vodka redbull.

I usually don't have much problem sleeping from there, but I always feel stupidly drained the next day and my heart feels terrible. Don't drink them too much anymore.

Drink more alcohol, you won't exactly sleep though, more like just pass out

Never had it with vodka but Red Bull is known for keeping people awake due to its high caffeine content so it's hardly surprising. Did you drink plenty of water when you got home.

Me and my mates bought a pitcher of it and I couldn't sleep - obviously due to the caffeine content.

That's why I stick to decent lagers and bitters.

ever had one of those "sex on the beach" pitcher things?

had one of those too not sure whats in it but it tastes lush, it must contain so much vodka though :eek:

Yeah, but most pubs/clubs use smirnoff anyway so it's hardly a real shame

*Looks at bottle of Tesco Kick*. This has 30mg/100ml of caffiene so I doubt it would be that high for the Red Bull. Probably 40mg tops. Unless of course Vodka has caffiene in it, idk
