Agreed. What's to be done about it though? The government would typically introduce some knee-jerk reaction addition to the driving test while neglecting to aknowledge the fact that the change will take decades to filter through to the majority of the british driving population and that it won't make a damn bit of difference to foreigners who don't have to take our test to drive on our roads, even though they live here.
