Vr fitness/calorie burn/weight loss

Holy thread resurrection! Tbh a great way to lose weight quickly and does u good imo is to fast by cutting out solids. Not a long term plan of course.

Haha didn't even notice, the post above mine bumped it!

A better way is to cut sugar from your diet.

I lost 8kg by mistake after cutting sugar despite still eating 4 meals a day plus snacks.
 
Just have two meal replacement shakes now. 400 calories total.

Intermittent fasting comes with a lot of benefits, and outside of those two days a week, I eat what I want.
