VRM frequency/BIOS hanging - 5.2Ghz

Hi there,

I've got about 10 x 2700k chips I'm building as servers at the moment where I'm getting consistent 5.2Ghz overclocks at relatively low voltages (~1.415 vCore).

However, I seem to have a bit of an issue with them occasionally - even before the chips will boot Windows, they're seemingly failing and hanging in BIOS and occasionally finding issues with the boot devices - I get a cursor in the top window but it won't boot the HDD.

I'm using the Maximus Extreme IV P67 platform with BIOS revision 1904, and have also enabled my own VRM frequency (set it to 350) along with using Load Line Calibration at 100% - just wondering if anyone can shine any light on why these chips would fail at the BIOS level and yet when the boot Windows they seem to be quite stable?

Thanks in advance etc. :)

Could try the LLC at 120% (ultra high)? I think that's the second highest, the highest being 140% (extreme). I know my oc failed to boot with a 100% LLC, needed 120%.
