W580i SE Any good?

Is the SE W580i phone worth the money? I can buy it for around £70 on PAYG and wondered if anyone had anything bad to say about it before i buy one.

I am not after a mobile with all the bells and whistles plus this is a good price.

Is it a good model? Thanks

If you're after a phone with a good camera, this is not the phone you want.

If you just want to text/call and listen to mp3 then go for it.

Ok, so which of these 3 is the best:

Nokia 6300

SE W302i

SE W5801

They all have nice features. Budget is good on them. Which would you opt for and why? Which should i steer clear of!!? Thanks guys.

I can't comment on the SE handsets there, but the Nokia 6300 was one of the best phones to text on I've ever owned! So quick and easy to use. Never got on with SE handsets since they all seem to have such buggy firmware from my past experience.

I owned quite a few W580i 's and they had a very common fault where the keypad buttons would develop cracks in them.

I went through atleast 3 of them, unless this problem has been solved I wouldnt touch them!

Why not look at the Nokia 5310, I had one of these for ages until I recently upgraded to my 5800.

had mine for over a year... everything is perfect..

battery could be better but it's ok with me

never had a problem about buttons cracking but i heard it happens...

well maybe im not texting much..
