Go to harvester, they don't seem to care whether you have 1 quiet child or 20 screaming brats, although, you will have to compromise on food quality.
On a serious note, I think that restaurants should accomodate for people with kids be it in the form of a family dining or just having space for kids/high chairs, majority of people in this country have children so it goes with out saying that you're going to lose a fair bit of custom if you're going to be an arse about it.
