Wallet like this or UK distributer

Lol gentlemen, gentlemen - see, this is why combats have such win in them. You have two extra pockets so wallets always go in at the hip/front, rather than in the back, eager to be sat on or where pick pocketers like them.

Surely, all you need is a plastic card holder insert placed into your existing card holder? Google 'card holder wallet plastic insert'.

Alternatively, just walk into Barclays/Natwest and ask for a free plastic card holder wallet :D

Tesco/Nectar cards - can't you request key fobs?
Stamps - if you don't use them often, why carry them? You can buy stamps almost anywhere
Mobile top up card - you can now top up PAYG phones at most cash machines, all you need is the mobile phone number and your debit/cash card.

I know you can get those tall-boy business wallets that hold loads of cards but they aren't really practical. (they are about the size of a A5/third A4)

Get one of these, put all the cards in it, then take out the ones you really need and put them in your wallet. Leave the others somewhere safe at home.

1) You've got something big holding your cards at home, so you'll probably be able to find them.
2) You're not carrying all your cards so if your wallet gets nicked, you've got something to fall back on while you wait for replacements.

PS - I'd recommend trying to cut back to one debit and one credit card. I sometimes have to carry two, but that's very rare (usually when I'm travelling and need a fall back in case one of them gets blocked).

At first I read this as 'wombats' which, in fashion terms, would have made slightly more sense than the utter fashion horror that is 'combats'. They're just so Gap 1998. Who even sells combats these days?

I didn't talk about fashion, I talked about practicality. On a night out they're a god send. Cigs and lighter on one side, wallet on the other. Then down by the knees my mobile (doesn't get scratched by either keys/coins) and opposite to that coins. No faffing about, easy to pull out what you need when you need it.

I think I'll listen to this guy....

Wallet + Car key/front door key in front right

Phone in front left.

Currently using this - if I use note (very rarely) the loose change goes in my pockt until I visit my car/house.

Simples :)

I know buddy, calm down :) I said this earlier - most people will put their wallet in their right back pocket if they work and wear a suit, or at least suit trousers. If you're not limited by this then go hog wild.

Although, combats? Really? :D

Front pocket for comfort and security

I had some **** pick pocket my back pocket in Birmingham about a month ago, luckily it was only some crappy leaflets but I'll stick to the front over following an outdated male stereotype

You can get some fairly smart ones you know. Not only the green ones with zips everywhere etc.

They just look like trousers with a few extra pockets :D.

Who doesn't? Surely everyone keeps their wallet in their back pocket, meaning when you're sitting down, you're sitting on your wallet. Where do you keep your wallet?

Edit: Keeping a wallet in a front pocket is crazy, far too bulky.

I keep my wallet in the front. When I started earning a wage when I was 16 my wallet fell out of my back pocket when I was doing a number two in the pub since then I have kept it in the front.
