Wallpapering Advice

I put Size on the walls ready to wallpaper but it all looks streaky looking!! You know, like dirty brush marks etc. Is it supposed to look like that?
 
Don't worry about it it's probably rust coming out the top of the brush. Does it feel flat to touch not scored if so proceed as normal. :)
Sizing the wall is the secret to papering as it enables you to slide the piece around easily.
My top tip is instead of cutting the paper when hung just fold it back real nice up to the edge and let it go dry. Once dry then just slice it off with a brand new stanley blade. Perfect finish every time as it contours with the ceiling rather than trying to be a straight line which the ceiling to wall is not.
