want to put some muscle on recommend some products?

IF that's what you thought then why spout that BS advice then?

Just what I thought - he's some "expert" who can't post his pics because he's probably some skinny waif of a human.

Why listen to advice from anyone who has less muscle than you?? And if they have more, they can prove it with a pic.

Me on pullups/dips, eating whatever I want, no supplements:

blue squiggles = veins.

Come on... really?

I think he could best me in a 10k though :(

If you were as lean as Skillmister though, you'd probably look worse than him

Lean IMO = being able to see stomach muscle/obliques. I'll admit I'm not as lean as I could be but I eat/drink whatever I want.

I don't see any stomach muscles in his picture sorry.

What advice has he given that makes you think he needs to back it up with pics of a monster physique?

The difference is you continue to post blatantly daft advice then support it with pics of your slightly tubby/not overly impressive torso ;).

Sure I accept he doesn't have as much fat as you, but that doesn't mean to say he doesn't know what he's talking about. He's spent a LOT of time in the SA... speaking and learning from people who know a few things. As you seem to be doing more of (spending time in the SA)... don't get me wrong your physique improvement has been good, and kudos to you, however, a lot of the stuff you say really is not good advice.

Right

I'm not sure if you're being serious, but on the possibility you are, I'm going to say a few things...

First off

Lean IMO = being able to see stomach muscle/obliques. I'll admit I'm not as lean as I could be but I eat/drink whatever I want.

I don't see any stomach muscles worth shouting about or trying to put someone else down about in your picture either. You're not lean, you're about 17-18% bodyfat, if not more, that's far from lean. You're actually average. Skillmister is lean, if he was almost bent in half like you are in that pic, he'd have a lot more impressive abs than you do there

Second

blue squiggles = veins.

Expert bodybuilding guru Skillmister on his cutting edge hypertrophy program, "bulking diet", creatine supplements and all the rest:

LOL blue squiggles = veins. Wow, what do you want a medal? I can see veins on my girlfriends boobs, does that make her ripped and shredded? I see veins on my grans legs, is she the next Miss Olympia and ready to give seminars to share her knowledge?

And where are these blue squiggles?

You have the physique of someone who goes to the gym, and I commend you for that, but you certainly are in no position to start berating someone, especially someone like Chris, who is extremely knowledgeable, when he's not posting copypastas, and has worked extremely hard to get a physique that in 18 months, is pretty damn excellent

You annoyed me earlier on with your "beauty pageant" comment, and how I'm not a bodybuilder, but I didn't bite then. But your attitude is disgusting, you give out the most ill informed advice I've seen on here in a long time, insult members who have contributed more than you ever will on these forums, and then claim you have stomach muscles and abs, when in reality, I'd say you have a serious set of flabs along with an inflated ego which you've got from looking in a fun house mirror, because if you look at that picture and see a physique worth berating others over, then **** me, you've got issues

Loads of decent sites about, I would read up, maybe get a decent book, putting on muscle is a basic human trait, dont listen to this fancy new advertising spiel, like freefaller said everyone has an opinion and it is easy to start getting confused on forums with people saying do my method or my method.

Just eat clean, healthy lean foods with plenty of protein and vef/fruit/nuts, stay away from products until you are ready and settled into it, you will end up peeing most of the "products" down the bog

Experiment with weight routines, find something you feel comfortable with and know you can improve on. Thow in some HIIT

Like I said, listen to advice but don't take it as set in stone.

This kwerk guy seems pretty dumb. His failings are a combination of both poor reading comprehension and lack of knowledge, coupled with him being utterly unaware of his own incompetency. A dangerous combination.

The funny thing is, although he's clearly got an extremely distorted view of his own body, there's also clear evidence of at least some work in the gym. Imagine what he could achieve if he actually allowed himself to learn.

Whatever man. I can run a 12min 2-mile, 30+ dips, 20+ wide pullups SLOW (I have people come up and ask me how to do it all the time). And NO injuries. What am I supposed to be doing exactly?

So many experts, so few pics.

How do pics prove your knowledge exactly? Lots of professional trainers don't have impressive physiques but have the knowledge. It depends on your goals though I guess to be strong and healthy you don't need to be big. To be powerfully built then that's a different scenario.
