War of the worlds 2 The next wave

I watched it. The effects are lamentable, the storyline is a farce, the whole off-world battle sequence made no sense and there were so many repetitive scene re-uses it got right on my nerves. Avoid.
 
One of those bang um out cheapo canadian scfi made for tv movies.

Most are poor, this is no exception. If you're into the war of the worlds type thing though, go for the tv series.

Series 1 is a decent watch, series 2 is very strange.
 
What the hell? I never knew they made a second one?

Upon googling, it seems some amateurs have got the rights and decided to make a sequel. Looks like some dodgy channel 5 movie, tbh.

Do.....not.....want!!!!!
 
I had no idea they even made one. What a ridiculous thing to do. That's like making "The Lord of the Rings 2: Sam's Adventures", or "Independance Day 2: We Missed Some The First Time".
