I have attempted to resolve an issue About the board which arose when I first purchased it from overclockers. It appears the Bios likes to report the CPU Temp from the Motherboard temp and vice-versa.
e.g. CPU at 11C CPU fan at 3929
MB at 32C Chasis fan speed at 1329
I have run Stress Point test and come to the same conclusion that the BIOS is reporting the wrong modules back to me. I have gone from the 229 bios that the MB came with, to 308 and 310 which was sent to me. There is nothing wrong with the Motherboard Just the Bios. Even Sandra picks up the correct temp of the CPU and 3DMark06 set the PC PROBE II alarm off when it ran the CPU test because it was reading the threshold of the MB temp and not the CPU heat threshold. They have finally agreed after some logical prodding that it is a BIOS fault and I am sure it is nothing I could do to cause this fault. They are now going to pass it to their engineers to find out what I already knew anyway. How long does it take to reset and re-compile a Bios with a new relevant register set? Other than this error in the Bios it is a well behaved Motherboard.
