Hi guys,

Looking for a fast answer please. Am repackaging a monitor that ocuk are picking up today for replacement hopefully. Its only like a week old and as such i still have the warranty card in the bag with instruction manual etc.

Should i just leave it all as is and send back nicely packaged or am i meant to remove the warranty card? will i get shafted if i dont keep the card as proof?

Its boxed up at the mo but will open it up and remove the card if thats whati am meant to do. Thanks.

I never bother with warranty cards. Your entitled to your years warranty on anything you buy anyway. Although most monitors come with 3 years. You still got your receipt haven't you?

Yes mate i have the receipt safe and sound, like u i never actually bother registering items that i receive as i know that i have a receipt for them. Just wasnt sure if i would get shafted by some kind of T&C if i couldnt produce a warranty card or something lol.
