Hi,

I tried creating a webnote, where I was asked to send some pics but got informed there was an issue and create a new note...so trying on here...

Sons chair is getting worse, so ideally need it looked into as feel not normal wear and tear...was purchased in May 2017 and had hoped would last a bit longer...he's only 5ft and weighs about 5 stone!

Can someone let me know where to post of email...or ask them to look at this post?

Kind regards,

Ben

I was going to make a thread, but maybe it's better to post in one already? My chair is out of warranty by 4 months (bought from OCUK in Sept 2016) and now this has happened -

I specifically bought the £300+ chair as it was for up to 150kg I think (I'm about 130kg).

What are my chances of getting any help given it is now outside of warranty? Obviously, if I get no help, my replacement would be a different brand. I've already seen some with a 5 year warranty, but I do actually like the chair.

Thanks to NobleChairs as they've agreed to replace the part, through OCUK. I have sent them my address so hopefully it'll be back in action before long. It's weird not being able to lean back...
