Washing Car?!

Jack it up, put it on axle stands and pressure rinse it?
 
don't use washing up liquid it'll strip any existing wax/polish etc from your paintwork and remove any protection from your car.

grab some cheap stuff from a local supermarket, or visit cleanyourcar.co.uk and have a look of at the forum there if your more serious about keeping your car protected.
