Mate has just broke this watch , fell on floor and now has stopped working , in all seriousness how much do you think it would cost to be fixed? if it was just a small problem
 
Depends where you take it and what is wrong with it.

With no detail there's no way of saying.

Tell him to take it to a specialist.

It won't be cheap.

I'm pretty sure that watch's movement is based on the ETA 2894, with a few mods for the big date. By all accounts, that movement is just about impossible to work on outside the factory. Even removing the seconds hand means you need a new one.

Sending it back to Breitling will probably be the only option.

OR, he could send it to me and I'll take to it with the little screwdriver set I got in last years crimbo crackers.. :p
