Infact, 6 years ago I did. I sold a PDA to someone overseas with an email just like what we have here. I had to inform the police about this and lucky it was stopped just before it got over.Nice scam though.

He was new to ebay and the scam was pretty new and he said the site they used looked legit
To be honest the emails that "paypal" were sending me actually looked quite legit, apart from the bad spelling of course

Group of mates..... Curry.... Beer..... next day all take a dump in sealed waterproof black bags put a random plastic box and some junk to get it the correct feel for weight. Wrap all together in such a way they have to rip through the outer poo filled layer....
Then send it and sit back, laugh that at least they got covered in **** thinking they had finally got something good

I'd do this for free, it's painful to read some of them.Anyone think there's money to be made in re-wording scam emails for Nigerians in proper English?

1st. On ebay - say I will not ship overseas. Yes this can damange potential customers but it will save a lot of hassle if things go wrong.
2nd. Whats new about this scam?
3rd. Just be vigallet with things like this. Its like saying that "your bank account has been access from an unknown source, please log in to verify your account"
Also to the OP, did you get a refund on listening fees on ebay?
