Hi. i was wondering if any one knew how to change the setting (if possible) to make me able to watch NBC shows..
Watchin NBC shows from England? Is this possible? Says not in right location.

I won't tell you how, but I'll tell you how they stop you using it. 
They block all non US IP's, so from that you can work out that your IP is based in the UK, and thus on the blacklist on the site. So to watch the shows you'll need a US IP address.
Another interesting fact.. If you're on cable people can find out where you live just from the IP, DSL people however are reasonably safe in that regard.

At a guess, they're doing a geographic lookup based on your IP address, and determining that you're based in the UK and not the US.
You could look for a US-based proxy server and try routing through that - although that will most likely slow down the connection if you're trying to view a stream.
