Watching TV in a window on the PC ?

Sorry, maximum noobish

I'd like to be able to watch TV in a window on my PC whilst using other apps/browsing etc so was planning to plug in my video sender which picks up a Sky signal from my HD box and has composite video and sound outputs.

Can anyone please recommend a suitable card for this ? Obviously I don't need a tuner included but ideally would like a card that comes with a nice software / gui interface etc to watch TV on..

You could use a VIVO video card? Have a look for a program called DScaler, it's ace at cleaning up TV input. I'm not sure what you could do about having programme information though!
