Firstly can you bear with me as I am new to this.
I am building my first water cooled rig inside a Thermaltake Tai Chi case. The case came with a water block for my cpu (Intel quad core) but I intend to install a HD2900 graphic card and water cool it with Thermaltakes TMG AT4 (CL-WO150) when it is released (hopefully) at the end of September.
What I want to know is this do I use a Y or T splitter and if so where do I get some or connect the `out` to the CPU first and then continue to the card (which means it will be `warm` water) and return the same way.
Any help would be appreciated

You don't need either, you should just put it in the loop.

So instead of res > pump > cpu > rad it would go res > pump > CPU > GPU > rad.

Although I don't know why you want the Thermaltake one, the EK-FCR600 HD2900XTX would probably perform a fair bit better.
