As with all my GPUs, I want to watercool my latest purchase, the 8800 gtx from ocz. However, I wonder whether this will make the card go any faster, since it already locks at 635 with "only" 79°c. So heat does not seem to be the issue here, at least primarily. Do you think that watercooling can make the card go any faster?

Is that with 100% fan? Does an extra fan blowing on the side and the case side panel removed help it overclock further?
The air cooler one these is pretty good. From what I've seen water does help a bit. Mines hotter than yours and runs happily at 660/2200. So it may just be it needs more volts. In which case water's far more use.
