Just to point out, how the hell do you guys know he doesn't have a girlfriend...

At the end of the day, it's a hobby. Hell guys, most people think that getting excited over a new CPU of GPU is bad, so we can't exactly knock the guy for enjoying his hobby. One which we share :p

Back on topic, I love that system. His tri GTX 480s were pretty awesome.

It'd be nice to own all that kit but when you have no AA and still get min 44.9 FPS with an average of only 62 then I'd be very dissapointed, even if it is at a hig res such as that. :o

GPU makers are lagging behind a bit then really when 4 cards can't cope (considering their price too), as each Xeon would surely cope without bottlenecking 2 480's
If they want to boast about being able to play on 3 screens then they shold live up to it IMO. :rolleyes:

Some people who dont have a girlfriend want one so badly that they think that anyone who does have a girlfriend would spend 100% of their time with them and not "play with computers"

That guy in the video from trubritatforums.com sounds like a cross between Sebastian Vettel and Marcus Bentley. :D

You're not going to really 'win' over any viewers with a display like that! However much money he had, if he was a true enthusiast he'd be ENTHUSIASTIC about it!!

I mean come on, we're all already jealous of his pc, which he can turn it into a good thing if he shows the tiniest bit of happiness or appreciation.
But the way he did it, we - the viewers are jealous, and also hate him for not even enjoying the good things he has!

As people have already said if you have the money then why not. If he doesn't have a girlfriend its probably more due to the fact you want to fall asleep when he starts talking, rather than because he loves pc components.
