My new loop with Core i7.I have bad batch (3913B007) of my chip nad temps could be better, but it is not too bad.

Yes it is HK 3.0 - nice block.
My temps are not so good because I have bad IHS on my CPU.
At 4 Ghz and 1.28v : 39 idle and 71-75 full Load (linX).
