I would buy WD. Their technical support and advanced replacement warranty has been amazing for me in the past.
Any drive can fail but I feel assured with WD's replacement policy of good customer service.

My last contact with them concerned a 6tb Green drive, which failed. I not only got an advanced replacement drive but didn't need to return the faulty one, but provide evidence of it being destroyed.

I did get the IronWolf 10TB in the end, and even though it have only been up and running since Friday evening it is looking very good. Quick transfer from my external hdd with the USB3.0 and it doesnt make a lot of noice what I've noticed this far. Seems to load very quick as well when I need to use it so I hope it stays like that :)
