Could someone please tell me if you have to fill in all the information under For technical support requests please complete the following information: for the return of a dvd writer?
 
For technical support questions and help regarding the return of faulty products. If you have already returned an item please include the RMA number.

This suggests technical support and returns are separate so I'd say no, but then again you still may have to :).
 
Ok thanks.Just wondered if this information was required to show what sort of system it is running on.
 
Well in case anyone else requires this info. I just filled in the top bit and an excellent service from overclockers, got my rma and replaced unit within 48hrs. :)
