Both copied sites appear to have been taken down now.
Its a shame that people feel the need to copy someone else's site identically. Especially when its pretty easy to make some changes so that it no longer looks identical.
Copying the website is one thing, but also copying the testimonials - that's just lazy.
I'm surprised he actually remembered to change your phone numbers, to his own. Daniel doesn't sound too bright.
