Wedding (Oh no! Not another one!)

These are all lightroom processing... :/
I don't do photoshop very well... as for the slight bluey lillac, it's more of a style choice and the shot of the bridges maid, I did push the saturation a bit too much (maybe over done it, but I based the colouring around the bride and her dress)

Most variation is due to difference is environment tho, one shot is sunny, the other shot is very over cast and then the marquee with sunlight AND tungsten lighting, very tricky condition for me to PP a level of consistency.

Looking to get a Spyder at the end of the month, pay my rent first :p

Thing is, that's part of the job, indoor, outdoor, sunny, overcast, marquee, flash, etc, you need to make it all look the same, no matter what.

The difference in skin tone is most apparent when one person's skin looks one colour in one shot and a different colour in another. If they look the same on ALL the photos then it would be fine, then its a style of processing, when they vary then it will look like you messed up.

Agree, will try and redo my styling again - make it as consistent as I can.
Watch this space for this Friday's, hopefully.

Im actually going to go against this and say what ever style your comfortable with then you should deliver how you have the image in your head. I've seen a number of wedding bloggers range from the damn boring to the most creative shots I've seen. The ones that tell a story from start to finish do not have the same PP style, they mix it up and it words very well. But hey - what do I know I'm not a pro tog:D

I see where you are coming from, but those are more blatant and deliberate (use of texture, grain etc). Where this looks like it has gone wrong somewhere.
