Been waiting for this fixture for 2 years [Link removed, swearing.]

Mackems 1st sell out since May 2005!! We've had our allocation cut by the dirty mackem We don't allow that word in the Sports Arena. Big Kev, cant wait!!!!!!!!! pre drinking at mine at 5am, pub at 7 for strippers, then get the train down to the ********. CMON!!!

Hopefully:

VdS
Brown - Ferdinand - Vidic - Evra
Ronaldo - Carrick - Hargreaves - Giggs
Rooney - Tevez

Although if Anderson/Saha/Nani play I won't mind.

3-1 or 4-1 I reckon.

Would love to see Rafa let the team play with freedom against Fulham like they did against the Turks but I don't think it will happen. Can see Kuyt coming in for Crouch or Voronin and possibly Kewell in for Aurelio with Riise moving back in to defence.

Wouldn't be surprised to see the following team.

Reina
Arbeloa
Hyypia
Carragher
Riise
Benayoun
Gerrard
Mascherano
Kewell
Kuyt
Crouch/Voronin

Probably team now midfield up:

Ronaldo - Carrick - Hargreaves - Nani
Giggs - Tevez

:/

I'd play Nani and Giggs in the wide positions and have Ronaldo supporting Tevez. Fergie blatently won't start with Saha.

Crouch has to start, when he's near his best he offers so much more of a goal threat than either Voronin or Kuyt. He's played well recently after a very poor start to the season.

Babel also deserves a start up front to show what he can do, he's hardly had any time in the striking role so far this season and a lot of fans (inc me) see that as his best position. I expect Rafa will start with Kuyt though as I'm sure he sees something in Fulham's awesome attack that us simple minded folk don't, and he'll feel Kuyt's workrate will help counter that.

Would definately like to see Kewell start as well, by far our best option on the left and he must be nearing full fitness now.

6 pointer down at the Reebok tomorrow. I really hope Bolton are knackered after that game against Bayern and we take advantage of this, on the other hand they could be on a high and end up beating us :(

Good news though is that Pogatetz has travelled with the squad, although looks like Woodgate isnt fit and Mido wont be back until Villa game. Still the worry of were the goals are gunna come from.

I reckon it will be a draw, but its a big game I think for both clubs just to pull them up the table a little bit.

what about

Ronny Carrick OH Giggs
Anderson
Tevez?

Or even Giggs instead of Carrick and Nani on the wing

Either would work better than Giggs in the hole imo

it'd be bloody stupid not to, and a bit disrespectful to him.fair enough fergie doesn't see him starting too many games now. Tevez and Rooney is obviously our first choice but it doesn't mean he won't be starting games any more, he's had a couple of substitute appearances and looked pretty sharp, this is probably our toughest game while Rooney is out. Start the glass man.

....the glass man.

This is the reason its such a risk, why not try other people in a different formation (which we may have to do if anyway if Saha knocks a knee in the warm-up or a breath of air catches him wrongly)

If they dont work then Saha can "save the day" in the last 25 minutes or so, not to mention that Saha isnt fully match fit anyway after only having a few minutes against Arsenal and Kiev after his last injury

LOL. Just listening to Dyer on SSN and he doesn't seem to think he's injury prone and rejects that label. Apparently, every doctor he has ever seen has given him bad advice so it's not actually his body that's the problem it's the doctors. What planet does this muppet live on?

How did Derby ever manage to make it to the Premiership? If you look at Watford last year and Derby this year a good case could be made in favour of play-offs between the Premierships bottom three and the Championships top three to decide who plays in the Premiership the following season.

Liverpool 11 - Reina, Arbeloa, Aurelio, Carragher, Hyypia, Gerrard, Benayoun, Riise, Mascherano, Voronin, Crouch. Subs - Martin, Finnan, Torres, Babel, Lucas.

Same 11 as mid-week  But if we don't win it will be because Torres didn't start ;)
