Just found out my order did not go through. Gutted or what

Have no idea. I added a new card and it just didn't go through. Spoke to OCUK on the phone today and they said there was nothing they could do as it has not shown up. Missed out on a good deal there. Will have to find a 580 else where now
............Why did i wait and not order one as soon i saw this thread on christmas day Show them proof of your order even if payment failed they should still keep to contract, if you didn't get an order number then it's obviously your mistake because you normally get one right after payment along with an email.
