Weird Graphical anomalies in Vantage

Hey all,

Am running a XFX 5970 BE and ever since installing 9.12
i keep getting these weird graphical anomalies in jane nash
Whenever you see the water it looks like the water is rising up.

Everything is the same at stock speeds and overclocked.


any idea what this could be ?
 
i got those twice when i installed the drivers, 1st time, reinstalled the drivers over the top and it fixed it, second time after i installed the drivers a restart fixed it, its a glitch with the driver installation i think, dont worry, hardwares fine :)
