Well I am completely confused...

It must be too soon after the initial dispatch was arranged. That's a pain. If you have time tomorrow morning try it and see if it lets you change the delivery time. If you are not in DPD will usually store it in a depot near you and you can arrange a redelivery. You can also ask on the second delivery attempt that they leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Checked this morning, but just noticed that the website says "awaiting receipt of parcel" so I'm guessing that with all the snow they are a bit clogged up at the depot! Hopefully it might get there tonight and I can check tomorrow to try and get a delivery time sorted!
