West Wing quits after 7th season

I didn't know that Aaron Sorkin left after the fourth series, but it doesn't suprise me as the show has gone downhill since then. I'm still sad to see it go though, this is one of the best TV programmes on. And it's intelligent as well.

The West Wing is a bloody excellent show. Nothing compares to its style, substance, humour and intellect. I love the way that a few seasons in they started to take the mick out of themselves as well, when they get interns in that say ''do you guys always walk this fast?'' etc.. hilarious.

I think its a shame that a lot of people over here just jump on the anti-American bandwagon and dont want to know about it. They should really give it a chance.

been a fantastic show , has lost its way last couple of seasons but even then its better than 99% of the crap on tv..

Im am very upset to see West Wing cancelled, it was smarter than anything else on TV today.

Think once Martin Sheen was going the show would lose what it once was but 7 years is a good run for a seriously class TV show. Once i have cash the box sets are being bought.
