This raid bundle is 51.98 with free postage.
This morning.... if I had bought 2x WD 500GB each with second class postage, it works out to be £51.68... so I would have saved 30p if I bought two this morning....??

I really wanted to RAID the drives.
This morning's price was a steal... too good to ignore thats why I bought a single drive

so what kinda performance would i be looking at compared to a single 1tb f3/caviar black, or 2 500gig 7200.12s in raid?

i run 2 of the 250gb versions of these drives in raid 0 with a 1tb caviar black for storage so here is the comparison



i feel they perform excellently and am delighted with them

Sorry, can't spot the benchmarks, my eyes are just focused on the boobies! Never mix benchmarks with boobies, cause generally they will own the focus of any post/picture.
