My bother just bought home an N64 so I went out and got Killer Instinct, Micro Kart and I think he bought Golden Eye, Zelda something.

I don’t really like FPS games as I cannot use a control pad for them. But are there any good spaceship games along the lines of Radian or R-Type? Any other must have games?

Goldeneye I would probably guess around 3 months play time at least.

I played that game for years.

micromachines how could I forget that. Time to load up ebay.

Are there any good spaceship/plane shooters? You know the type from a birds eye view with silly powerful weapons and tons of enemies coming from the top of the screen and you have to doge the bullets?

There are probably more 2D shooters on SNES than N64. I can only remember Bangaioh on N64.. and then 3D stuff like Star Fox.

Banjo Kazooie.

I never EVER understood why people rated this worse than mario. I would go as far as saying mario64 was POOR compared to banjo kazooie (!).

So much more to do, and with the jigsaws (equivilent to stars in mario) NEVER seemed like a chore to get. Each level was so much more interesting and had so much to do. Mario was pretty aweful compared to banjo.... please pick it up!
