What are the 40 year old plus console gamers playing?

Have invested in the year 3 pass on the crew: motorfest and got stuck back into it. Got platinum the base game and loved it so much.

Really is the game that keeps giving, ivory tower/UBI have nailed it

With a wheel it is awesome

I saw that Sinden lightgun online and it got me nostalgic about the old Playstation era lightgun games. Turns out stuff like Time Crisis and Point Blank are still fun today, although a pain to get original hardware running unless you have an old TV on hand.

I have been eyeing up that device too, it would be great to share that experience with my son too. Very tempting.......

I haven't played it for years, but Point Blank is my favourite light gun game ever. Have fond memories of Time Crisis, Operation Wolf 2 and Drug Wars 2 games in the arcade. However something about the mini-game nature of PB works so well. Also like Time Crisis had that wonderful PlayStation conversion you mentioned with that awesome original Namco GunCon.

I remember there was a GAIME plug-and-play light gun pack that include some Namco light guns but it £200 RRP and did have issues at launch (although being worked on). Emulation and a lot of money for a few games. I do have the DS version of Point Blank but that's a bit too easy!
